Friendly environment, outstanding customer service and a carefully curated, comprehensive selection of books, plus a regular programme of author events. There are four rooms in our bookshop, comprising: The Great Hall for brand new fiction and non-fiction, a dedicated Children's book room, The Nook for cards, gift wrap, jigsaws and gifts for book lovers and The Daker Room containing secondhand, antiquarian, rare and collectable books. A safe space and something for everyone. Awards include: Regional Independent Bookshop of The Year, Vintage Independent Bookshop of the Year and National Book Tokens Bookshop of the Month.
