Delivery methods and charges
We use Royal Mail for the majority of our UK deliveries but will use other services where appropriate. Delivery charges vary according to the value ordered as specified in the tables below, with the exception of e-Gift cards (free), Bookily gift cards (free), and deliveries to Ireland (€3.50).
Delivery times and working days
Working days are classed as Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. Please note that all delivery dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery information based on product type:
For € gift cards that can be spent in Ireland, delivery charges are €3.50, and delivery is usually expected in 2 working days from date of order.
We use An Post for the majority of our deliveries but will use other services where appropriate.
Delivery tracking is available for Signed For, Special Deliveries, and all orders over £50 that require a signature, by signing into your account and selecting “track order”.
In rare occassions, instant e-Gift Card deliveries might require up to a working day to be processed.
